Making a booking is as easy as 1 2 3
1.
Check The Availability & Make A Reservation
The
first step in making a booking is to contact the Bookings
Coordinator to see if the facility you wish to book is available,
and to obtain pricing information.

Subject: Booking Enquiry
The
Bookings Coordinator will discuss your requirements with you and
make a reservation, detailing all the items you require for your
booking, eg equipment and catering.
2.
Confirm Your Booking
The
Bookings Coordinator will then require confirmation of your booking.
This is done via a Bookings Request Form. The Bookings
Coordinator can either post or email this to you.
You
need to complete the Bookings Request Form and provide us
with your deposit and bond (if required). You can post
these to us, or visit the office.

3. Final Confirmation
Once
the Bookings Coordinator has received your Bookings Request Form,
Deposit, and Bond (if required), you will be sent a final confirmation
via email or post (which ever you prefer).
Then
sit back and relax. Your booking is complete.
Don't
forget about collecting the keys though (if you need to).
